will there be a travel fee?
Depends on where you want to go! If you have a specific location in mind, let me know & I’ll tell you how much it’ll be! If your location is outside of Utah I just ask that flights, hotel, & transportation are covered!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS BACK?
As of right now, it takes me at most 8 weeks to deliver a wedding & 3 weeks for any other session! I try my best to deliver sessions quicker but during busy season you can expect a turnaround time similar to this!
CAN I GET MY PHOTOS BACK SOONER?
Absolutely! Ask me how you can expedite your session!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
I don’t put an image count on my packages, I just send all the good ones! If you’d like an estimate, let me know :)
DO YOU HAVE A DEPOSIT? IS IT REFUNDABLE?
I do! My deposit is just 50% of your total price & is required to book your date! Unfortunately, it is not refundable.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
If you have to cancel your session, no worries! You won’t be able to receive your deposit back but you can reschedule to another day that’s more convenient!
WILL YOU STORE THE RAW & EDITED FILES?
Yes! I’ll store all of the raw files for 30 days after your session & the edited photos for a year after your session! Make sure to download your photos so they don’t get lost!
HOW DO WE ORDER PRINTS?
You can order prints through the software I use to send galleries! If you scroll to the bottom of your gallery, there will be a section about printing!
